The support service is reserved only for customers that after installing the product have experienced problems and can be obtained by submitting a ticket at our Support Center, http://support.joomlaforce.com

Official support is provided from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 22:00 UTC/GMT +2 hours (Italy).

We are not obligated to provide support service for expired subscriptions or beyond the subscription end of term of your subscrition period. Continuation of support may be obtained by renewing the subscription.

The license that comes along with the purchase of any of our products allows you to install in multiple domains.
However, technical support will be offered for one (1) live domain only.
For multiple domain support, please contact us.

Support is dealt exclusively in English or Italian.
